At a charity gala and fundraiser organised by the Gitanjali Group, actor Vivek Oberoi will walk the ramp to show his support for the cause of cancer awareness. The event will take place on October 6 in the city and is being held under the aegis of a charitable foundation that provides financial assistance for the treatment and cure of cancer for the underprivileged. The Gitanjali Group, a pioneer of branded jewellery in India, has over the years led to the inception of some of the most renowned diamond jewellery brands in the country like Asmi, Gili, Nakshatra, D’damas and Parineeta, among others.
