Disabled man hopes to meet Bollywood star

PEEL – The hot news about Bollywood megastar Salman Khan’s appearance at a Brampton event on Aug. 30 has spread like a wild fire. Fans of Bollywood’s Dabang star cannot wait to see a glimpse of Khan, and they are currently discussing him on all social media outlets. However, a family of disabled young man wants the star and maker of new Bollywood film Dr. Cabbie to help bring a smile to their son’s face. “It has been my dream to meet Salman,” said Hadi Hasnat, 28, who has cerebral palsy. “Since I cannot go out, most of the time I just watch Salman movies.“Now I want to meet you (Khan) and shake your hand.” Khan will be joining the cast and musicians of Dr. Cabbie for a free outdoor launch of the film’s music at an event tomorrow at Brampton’s Silver City Cinema, 50 Great Lakes Dr. Lilly Singh, an Indo-Canadian YouTube personality known as ‘Superwoman’, is hosting the event along with the cast members Vinay Virmani, Kunal Nayyar and newcomer Isabelle Kaif.
