Kaizzad Capadia: The soul of fitness trainingby Monarose Sheila Pereira October 28 2021, 12:00 am Estimated Reading Time: 1 min, 34 secs
Kaizzad Capadia was a well-known fitness trainer. In fact he was a fitness trainer to trainers at his K11 center. He recently passed away. Experts speak to Monarose Sheila Pereira and pay their respects to him.
He was one of the finest human beings ever - humble, simple, grounded and with quality muscle definition well rounded. A perfectionist in his own right and meticulous to the letter 't', a thorough gentleman and master of his craft, the leading body building grand master, a world class educator with empathy and compassion and a strong, tough yet soft heart and purity of soul. May he rest in peace!
He is gone... I still can't believe it. I am your #1 fan, Sir. He was the one who showed real fitness science to more than 50% of the fitness trainers. You Sir are gone but your legacy is forever. You will be remembered when someone will talk about form and technique and right nutrition. You will be remembered when someone will talk about biomechanics and physics of exercises. Wherever you are, Rest in Peace. 'You will never be forgotten... it's just that we are gonna miss you'.
No one is actually dead until the ripples they cause in the world die away. If the people we love are stolen from us, the way to have them live on is to never stop loving them. I did a workshop with him at his institute. He was awesome - the form and technique was easy to understand. He had lectures in all languages. He was kind, good hearted, very particular about training and the right technique.
Dear Kaizad Sir, you had a heart that cared completely. You had the smile that brought so much pleasure. You had the love that brought joy beyond measure. May your soul rest in peace.
