Donations are encouraged at "Hollywood Healing Haiti," a free annual charity event offering live music, raffles and Haitian art. Proceeds will go to Project Papillon, an orphanage, school and community youth center in Port-au-Prince. Miami artist Alex Yanes will make a first-time appearance at the event, creating an original painting throughout the day. His work will be auctioned off at the end of the day. Locos Por Juana, a bilingual Latin band, will headline the concert. Guests may want to bring a chair or blanket for lawn seating. Hollywood is hosting the event in partnership with two nonprofit groups, Love Hope Prosper and Hollywood CARES for Haiti.
