Mumbai, August 31, 2017 — The very loved Indian Playback singer Shantanu Mukherjee known as Shaan will be announcing on Saturday, 2nd Sept 2017 the release of his new mobile app in collaboration with New York-based tech firm escapeX.
Shaan, is an Indian playback / pop singer more active in Hindi, Bengali, Marathi, Gujrati, Telugu and Kannada films and also a television personality. Shaan has not only provided the voice for many of Bollywood’s leading men in several Films but has sung, composed and written lyrics of his songs on his hit albums Loveology, Tanha Dil, Aksar and Tishnagi, and has also composed music for many TV serials, winning the "Best TV music director award". Shaan is one of the few Indian singers who have collaborated with international Artists. Blue, Michael Learns to Rock, Mel C., Samira Said, The John Lennon Tribute Album. Also wrote and sang the theme song ("Shuruwat") for the movie The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe. Shaan is the first Indian male singer to have his own app. Shaan has been part of Various Popular Talent Shows on Television as Host, Judge, Coach and also made to the finals of India's Version of 'Dancing with the Stars', Jhalak Dikhla Ja.
