A R Rahman, Hrithik Roshan Team Up For UN’s Sustainable Development Goals

Curtis aims to harness the power of radio and will work with global pop up radio station “Radio Everyone” to get the goals to seven billion people in the seven days after 193 world leaders adopt in September 2015 at the United Nations the series of ambitious goals to end extreme poverty, fight inequalities and tackle climate change for everyone by 2030.? In this ambitious project, Curtis aims to bring on board 17 global celebrities to say the 17 goals and “get the message out”. Rahman and Roshan, two of the most popular and followed Indian celebrities, will join hands with Curtis in his initiative. The “Global Goals” campaign will use radio, the world’s most accessible medium, to shine a spotlight on the sustainable development goals, which are “the most important to-do list in history for people and planet”, a statement said.
