Increasing cost of healthcare is worrying AIIMS doctors. They have written to the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) to set up a task force to identify and validate low-cost alternatives. “We have proposed a task force for promoting affordable healthcare in neurology. If successful, similar research can be carried out for other departments as well,” said a senior AIIMS doctor.
