Perambalur Brings Maternal Deaths To Near Zero

In a remarkably quick turnaround in a key public healthcare indicator, Perambalur has been able to bring down its maternal deaths to near-zero levels in four years largely due to out-of-the-box, but informed, intervention by the district collector Daraz Ahmed.
