World Hypertension Day: How It Affects Indian Men And Women Differently

A healthy lifestyle is but a distant dream when one's blood pressure spirals out of control, thus resulting in hypertension. Hypertension can be defined as the condition which occurs when an individual's blood pressure reads more than 140/90 MMHG (Prescribed standard). According to a report put together by Newsflicks, 66 per cent of the world population in developing countries is suffering from hypertension.
