A wealth of up and coming filmmaking talent is set to be celebrated at a new short film festival at a popular independent cinema. The inaugural Fast Anchor Film Festival will take place at The Savoy in Heaton Moor , Stockport in February. The festival has been created by brothers George and Edward Gray, who joined forces with the popular independent cinema and other organisations such as film school Get Filming, to bring it to life. The pair, who have a background in filmmaking and wedding videography, decided to launch the festival to develop their own passion for film, and give other filmmakers a platform for their work.
