The International Film Festival in association with International Tamil Film Association (ITFA) and Seventh Channel Communications is back with its 14th edition. Inaugurated in Hamburg Academy of Fine Arts Robert Bramkamp, film professor, at Sathyam Cinemas, the screenings will be held at Russian Cultural Centre until November 11. After director of Russian Cultural Centre, Mikhail Gorbatov, addressed the gathering, Manicam Narayanan from Seventh Channel said, “India and Russia will soon celebrate the 70th anniversary of our diplomatic relationships.
