Bollywood has experienced presence of women from different strata of society, contributing their generic and niche, as per the times and relevance. The leading ladies have undergone huge experiments and transformations in their career-life-cycle, writing their specific contributions in the history of Indian Cinema. Right from Sadhana’s grace to Vaijyantimala’s dance, the bold Nargis to magical Madhubaba, Sharmila Tagore’s eyes and Rekha’s charm, Sridevi’s restlessness and Madhuri Dixit’s smiles – they made a statement by their own rights and made those qualities a definition of their being.
