Film Festival Puts Spotlight On Local Makers

Saturday has the kind of gray forecast nobody wants to hear - 45, cloudy and rainy. If only someone would organize a free screening of local films in a new, funky space. Enter Huntington filmmaker Scott Williamson. Williamson, who works at the new Co-Op Warehouse at 4940 Waverly Road, Huntington, has gathered his fellow filmmakers for a short film fest at 7 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 14, at the Warehouse, which has an artist alley, and antiques and collection dealers as well as flexible space for events and meetings.
