Human Rights Campaign Announces Honorees For 2016 La Gala Dinner

On Saturday, March 19, Human Rights Campaign (HRC), the nation’s largest lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) civil rights organization, will honor critically acclaimed television series “Empire” at the 2016 HRC Los Angeles Gala Dinner. Producer Nina Jacobson, whose work includes the blockbuster hit “The Hunger Games” and FX’s “The People v. O.J. Simpson: American Crime Story” will be honored with the HRC Visibility Award. Jacobson will be presented with the award by Ryan Murphy, creator of “Glee” and “American Horror Story”. The Human Rights Campaign is America’s largest civil rights organization working to achieve lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender equality. HRC envisions a world whereLGBT people are embraced as full members of society at home, at work and in every community.
