With the likes of the ongoing Kochi Biennale and the upcoming India Art Fair, we stand to gain works from a host of artists from all over the world. It is curation of this nature that creates a foundation for artists to return to India with their work and engage with the current cultural dialogue. Case in point–French-Bengali artist Chittrovanu Mazumdar marks his return to the country as a momentous passage for himself, and it’s a theme he explores in his works too.
