It has long been known that Ileana D’Cruz is an animal lover. The Barfi actress showed her support further by starring in a new advertisement for People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) India. The new campaign that has a backless image of Ileana, was launched in association with Lakme Fashion Week and comes with the tagline – Give cruelty the cold shoulder. Say NO to angora fur and wool. The black and white image was shot by ace photographer Colston Julian. Ileana took to Twitter to announce posting, “Happy and proud to have launched my new @PetaIndia campaign today! #givecrueltythecoldshoulder #saynotofur can’t wait for u to see it!!” For the launch event, the actress came casually dressed, sporting denims and a tee with the word Fur printed with a big cross sign across it.
