Actor Jeffrey Wright, who plays the brilliant Victor Beetee in the Hunger Games films, produced the PSA himself to draw attention to the continued need for aid and support for the Ebola outbreak in West Africa. Wright is no stranger to West African causes; he has also been working to improve natural resource development in the Sierra Leone region for 13 years through his mining resource company, Taia Lion Resources. The actor worked with co-stars Jennifer Lawrence, Josh Hutcherson, Liam Hemsworth, Julianne Moore, Mahershala Ali, and Partners in Health founder Paul Farmer to create a PSA that drew some of its inspiration from the Hunger Gamesseries.
