While promoting her upcoming television show Shades of Blue, the singer and actress sat down with Natalie Morales on the Today Show Monday and explained why she is so glad to be an inspiration to women in their 40s. "It''s important to me," J. Lo begins. "Being in this business since my early 20s, there was always a moment where they going to try and write you off.
