Kalinga International Film Festival 2015 got off to a colourful start here with cine experts highlighting the enormous opportunities in the field of art and culture in Odisha. Inaugurating the four-day event here last evening, President of Federation of Film Societies of India (FFSI), Gautam Kaul said there is huge scope in the field of Art and Culture in Odisha, but it is not coming to any body’s notice. Stating that there are ample opportunities to organise such international events in Bhubaneswar, Kaul said neither the central Government nor anybody noticed it.
