Kelly Clarkson Brings Holiday Cheer to Children’s Hospital

Going to Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt in Nashville on Friday, Clarkson surprised a group of children, parents and caregivers with a performance as a part of Musicians On Call, which works to bring both live and recorded music to hospital patients. And it’s clear what kind of effect the surprise performance had on the kids. She spent six hours at the hospital, putting on an intimate 8-song concert for children and families at the hospital’s theater. And she even spent time with the families afterwards. Clarkson performed a ton of classic holiday songs, including “Santa Claus Is Coming To Town,” “Underneath The Tree,” “Have Yourself,” “Jingle Bells,” “Run Run Rudolph,” “White Christmas,” “Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer” and “All I Want for Christmas.”
