The Los Angeles based animal rescue organization, theLange Foundation, is proud to be selected as the 2016 beneficiary of the Kristen Stewart Birthday Project. The Lange Foundation is recognized for its tireless dedication to the rehabilitation and placement of animals that may otherwise never have a second chance at a healthy and happy life. Each year, in honor of the actress’s birthday, fans of Kristen Stewart band together to raise much-needed funds for a group-elected charitable organization. Fans voted to support the Lange Foundation because Stewart is an avid animal lover who has three of her own rescue dogs. This year, the group hopes to raise at least $27,000 to help the Lange Foundation’s full service animal sanctuary and adoption center continue to save more animal lives. Proceeds will go towards treatment, rehabilitation and ongoing care to help prepare animals for placement into loving homes.
