Kunal Kapoor may be in the news for his romantic liaison with Amitabh Bachchan’ s niece, (the whispers about a wedding date is growing louder by the day), yet unperturbed from all this hullabaloo, the actor is quietly investing his time and energy for a cause that can change lives for the better.

Named Ketto, the project is Kunal’s and Varun Seth’s endeavour to raise funds for several noble causes. Talking about his initiative during a fundraising dinner at the Corner Courtyard in Kolkata, the actor points out, “Charity is a serious affair in India and basically we wanted it to break free from this notion. It is important to bring an element of fun and glamour in the picture. Hence music, art, cinema and food all can be a platform to extend a helping hand. The West has embraced this idea in a big way, and I am sure we can generate the same response here as well
