Today, in honor of Mother’s Day, luminaries including actress and philanthropist Olivia Wilde, author and activist Elizabeth Smart, cookbook author, actress, model and TV host Padma Lakshmi, Ambassador Samantha Power, ABC News anchor Amy Robach, Her Royal Highness Princess Sarah Zeid of Jordan and mothers from all over the world will take part in Moms +Social Good. Moms +Social Good are the only one-day event that brings together moms who are making a difference through social media, technology and philanthropy together with the purpose of improving the health and wellbeing of women and children everywhere. The event, hosted by the United Nations Foundation, Johnson & Johnson, Baby Center TM, the Huffington Post, and the 92Y, will take place on Wednesday, May 7, at the Paley Center for Media in New York City.
