Proceeds of Ali Zafar's video to go to charity

Actor, singer and artist Ali Zafar has brought together 50 of Pakistan’s most loved personalities for a music video that pays tribute to the Peshawar school massacre victims. Titled “Urainge Us Aasman Mein”, the song that recently launched speaks of resolve and unity during testing and tough times and is a tribute to the victims of the terror attack that took place in Peshawar, Pakistan, in December 2014. Ali Zafar has tied up with The Citizens Foundation, a leading Pakistani non-profit organization and will leverage the popularity of the track to raise funds for the construction of schools in Pakistan.Funds generated from downloading “Urainge Us Aasman Mein’ on iTunes for a minimal price will go towards “141 Schools” , a new citizen web movement. Says Ali, “I have collaborated with a leading Pakistani educational non-profit organisation, The Citizens Foundation (TCF) and httpa//141schools.org/:::141schools.org (141 SCHOOLS), a new citizen web movement. Together, they are building 141 schools across Pakistan. Each school will be dedicated to the children and teachers who lost their lives in attack on the 16th of December 2014. All proceeds from the downloads of the song Urainge will go towards building schools for the children of Pakistan and ensuring a bright future.I aspire to build at least one school and I hope people join me in this endeavor”
