Business Leaders Are Failing To Take The Gender Pay Gap Seriously: Survey

In the U.K., the gap between full-time male and female workers is currently 13.9 percent, according to the Fawcett Society. However, a survey of 250 senior decision-makers in U.K. businesses found 29 percent do not see the pay gap as an issue for businesses.
