Business Leaders Are Failing To Take The Gender Pay Gap Seriously: Survey

The problem of the pay gap between men and women is likely to persist, as a significant proportion of business leaders do not see it as an issue, according to survey results released Tuesday. In the U.K., the gap between full-time male and female workers is currently 13.9 percent, according to the Fawcett Society. However, a survey of 250 senior decision-makers in U.K. businesses found 29 percent do not see the pay gap as an issue for businesses.
