The theme for this year is “Ozone Layer Protection: The Mission Goes On”. In order to sensitize the school children on the matters for preservation of Ozone Layer, National Museum of Natural History (NMNH), Ministry of Environment, Forests and Climate Change organizes various programmes and activities to mark the day. On the occasion, a painting and model making competition was organized pertaining to Ozone Layer Protection, Effects of Climate Change (Global Warming), Pollution and Life.
