Secretary Clinton recently announced a new Clinton Foundation Program ‘No Ceiling: The Full Participation Project’.

This program will measure the global progress made since 1995. Secretary Clinton at the UN World Conference on Women in Beijing declared that ‘women’s rights are human rights’ and called for the full and equal participation of women.

The program will also lay the foundation to accelerate the contribution of women and girls post 2015 in all walks of life.
