What’s better than sneaking into a cushy quilt with mugs of hot chocolate with a great while binge-watching a great family sitcom! If you just nodded a ‘yes’ fervently to the line proffered hitherto- here’s that heartwarming series to keep you warm this season.

Fuller House: Season 3, they say, is getting better with time (it indeed has.) The Season 3 was back with a bam and it did manage to take us on a roller coaster ride. Talk of something like an atypical family gathering – where you get nostalgic when you meet but it definitely turns out to be an altogether unprecedented experience of your life. Fuller House spin off is exactly like this- there are parts that make you heavily emotional while recounting the ol’ days and then there are new happenings that drive you nuts.

Unlike Season 2 (numerous holidays spaced throughout the year), Season 3 is about one big holiday. The Tanner Family decides to go vacationing in Japan. The fun and twists kick in soon to reveal how much insanity is packed in this season- while the whole family decides to whisk away, Jackson (Michael Campion) has to stay back in summer school owing to his low grades or Max (Elias Harger) and Stephanie (Jodie Sweetin) devise a notorious plan to throw a pool party.

Quite predictably, the plot is more or less, centered around the lives of the adults. Tracing back to D.J. and Steve (Scott Weinger)’s unresolved feelings for each other in Season 2, you realise that hasn’t changed yet and finds room in Season 3 too. Moreover, our favourite Fernando (Juan Pablo Di Pace) is that perfect comic character who keeps the mood buoyed up always. What’s more there are a slew of jokes thrown here and there that though lame, don’t fail to crack you up and go “cringe-worthy, lol” instantly (perfect family sitcom, remember?)

While all kinds of fun and frolic are enough to redden those cheeks, what brings in the actual “fuller” feeling is Stephenie’s determination to have a child. Recap to Season 1: Stephanie discovers much to her horror, her incapability of bearing children and in Season 3 she finds out the option of having a ‘surrogate baby.’ Her delight incites a sort of warmth in the middle of the series and gives a new meaning to the entire plot.

Well, there’s nothing in particular to be rated negative about this show since they have depicted how families tend to be always- never perfect and wryly human. Honestly speaking, I wasn’t surprised when I learnt that Fuller House might have more viewers than Walking Dead- it does whisk you away with its inimitable charm. The verdict - You will laugh, you will cry and you will fall in love with the Tanner household, yet again. Cheers!
