Sheetal Sathe of the Kabir Kala Manch (KKM) sings "Majhi Mai (My Mother)" in Anand Patwardhan's documentary "Jai Bhim Comrade". Sheetal and fellow artistes of the KKM who mainly took up issues of dalit and working class oppression are now underground after the police branded them as Naxalites (Maoists). KKM members Deepak Dengle and Siddharth Bhonsle are in jail and a bail application is being heard.
