As we move forward, it is easy to be perturbed by our failures, fears and inadequacies. However, if we step outside of ourselves and envision the bigger picture, we realized we are part of the tapestry that makes our imagination spill over into reality.

The third rock from the sun has completed yet another elliptical orbit around the star that powers our solar system. While we’re still recovering from jarring tragedies, the celebratory spirit of festivity and hope has come to bring us solace in retrospect. Despite a treacherous undulating path, 2015 was a momentous year in history. Cultural events, movements and art originating this year will come to define the many more to come.

As the year draws to a close, we are happy to present to you, the Bollywood actors who lent their name to various social causes, the best of television, feature films, documentary films, theatre productions, and digital ad campaigns as also the philanthropic organizations which have supported a wide variety of causes. These were put together after a rigorous process of selection, with valuable inputs from all our esteemed contributors
