Samford grad Tony Hale cozies up to ladies in new video linked to ‘Stand Up to Cancer’ charity

Emmy winner Tony Hale flexes his acting muscles — and gets a little attention from the ladies — in a new video for Stand Up to Cancer and Roomkey.com. Hale, 43, plays a traveler who uses the Roomkey.com website to book a hotel room, thus making a donation to the charity organization. Women in the video find his philanthropy quite attractive … and Hale’s character begins to use that for ego gratification. The humorous clip is meant to raise awareness of Stand Up to Cancer’s research initiatives and highlight Roomkey.com’s “Stay the Night, Join the Fight” campaign. Roomkey.com donates $1 to Stand Up to Cancer for each hotel stay booked through its website. “I’ll be up for that any day,” Hale says in a behind-the-scenes video. “When we hear about cancer, it seems overwhelming. We kind of get into a paralyzed state, like, I don’t know what I can do.”
