Bindass Announced The Second Chapter Of Their Popular Web-Series ‘Girl In The City’

31st January 2017, Mumbai: Netizens can now rejoice, India’s popular youth channel bindass is all set to bring to its viewers the second instalment of the immensely popular web-series ‘Girl in the city’. After the success of Girl in the city season 1 and The Trip the channel will bring back the affable Meera Sehgal (Mithila Palkar) and tell her story to the world. Girl in the City Chapter 2 will go live with its first episode in March exclusively on bindass’ Facebook page along with the telecast on the bindass channel. This year too Castrol Active is back on board as the title sponsor.


The story moves ahead from where it ended last season – where Meera is left to choose between staying back in the city of her dreams or head back home to Dehradhun. This chapter of her life will chronicle Meera’s journey of self-discovery as she comes of age through an engaging narrative and introduction of new characters that add a lot of twists and drama to the plot. Through this journey of realizing her dreams and fulfilling her aspirations, she comes across Kiran (Karanvir Sharma), Areem (Preetika Chawla) along with Kartik (Rajat Barmecha) who play a pivotal role in helping Meera move a step closer to her ultimate goal.


Launching in March 2017, Girl in the City Chapter 2 is directed by Samar Shaikh, written by Sanyukta Shaikh and produced by Still and Still Moving Pictures. This season will see Mithila Palkar, Rajat Barmecha, Karanvir Sharma and Preetika Chawla playing key characters
