Rangayana will host Bahuroopi International Theatre Festival from January 13. Actor Om Puri will inaugurate it at Rangayana premises at 5pm, said Kannada culture department director KA Dayananda on Wednesday. Speaking to reporters, he said four troupes from abroad, as well as 11 from various parts of the country, will participate. "Plays will be staged at Bhoomigeetha, Vanaranga, Rangayana campus and Kalamandira till January 18. There will also be a performance by theatre musicians from various parts of the country. Singer B Jayashree and troupe will perform theatre music on the inaugural day," said Dayananda.
