HIV has taught us that health and human rights are intricately linked and that we need to protect and respect human rights and be
courageous enough to confront society’s wrongs. With India recently criminalizing homosexuality and leaving many HIV members
of the gay community in peril, it is important to understand that such members also have human rights like the right to be treated
