Progress is being made for adolescent girls in negotiations around the Sustainable Development Goals, but there are more opportunities to ensure girls are meaningfully and effectively at the heart of the world’s next development agenda. The opportunity to change the world doesn’t come around very often – every 15 years, to be exact. 2015 is one of those years. That’s why we need to seize the moment to ensure that girls get what they need today, so they are in the best position possible to achieve their rights and potential, and help end global poverty.
