India Will Miss MDG Target On Maternal Mortality: CBHI Report?

India will miss its Millenium Development Goal (MDG) target of reducing maternal mortality rate to 109 per 1,00,000 live births, according to National Health Profile-2015, which was released by Health Minister J P Nadda today.  National Health Profile-2015, published by the Central Bureau of Health Intelligence (CBHI), said India will miss the MDG target on maternal mortality by 31 points.
