Ireland facing national food poverty crisis

After much debate over the Food Security Bill in India, another country that requires such steps to take care of its citizens is Ireland. The crisis in the country has become so dire that researchers claim that 13% of children do not consume breakfast on weekdays. To tackle this issue, policy makers in the country are trying to adopt a ‘living wage’ method. Ireland was one of the worst affected countries in the eurozone crisis and is currently facing massive unemployment.
