Solar energy can bring India's economic growth'

ICORE 2014 will cover all aspects of new and renewable energy and will focus on Solar Energy in particular thus providing an excellent platform for renewable energy researchers, academics, policy makers and industrialists in India as well as abroad. Additionally, the congress will showcase the work potential to improve the standard of living and quality of life in villages by improving basic amenities and conveying agriculture, infrastructure, electricity through solar power, small & micro agri- industry, sanitation and hygiene, medical facilities, education among others. ”The two day conference will debate and discuss on how solar would play a role in the ambitious target set by Government of India to provide 24 /7 power to all by 2019, as recently retreated by Piyush Goyel , Union Minister for Coal & Power,” said Prafulla Pathak, secretary general , SESI.
