A Gujju by birth but a Bambiya by heart, I left business life almost a decade ago to search for a more satisfying purpose in life and be around my son, who was growing faster and taller than a weed. During this process of self-discovery, living the slow life and being around for him, I found that I enjoyed taking pictures of everyone and everything around me. Being surrounded by subjects that you love – humans and street life....a city that never sleeps made it easier for me to pick up the camera and just click. And somehow, during this process of clicking and learning, words found me. I write because I feel and my friends who know me well, tell me that I think a lot. It doesn’t help that I am an over-thinker, which I believe creeps up in not just my words but also everything that I capture.
