Actress Richa Chadda, always been a vocal supporter of women’s rights, says girls in India should at least have the freedom to be born first and then have the liberty to make other crucial decisions of their lives. “Freedom for every Indian girl first and foremost is to take birth. She should then take up education, choose the career of her choice and marry the person she wishes to marry. As of now, if something of this magnitude happens, it’d still a significant development,” said Richa to a query on what freedom meant for Indian girls.
