The funds raised will go towards sending 1000 underprivileged children to school this year.
The ensembles to be showcased on 6 woman of substance, who not only are achievers in their own spaces but have through their work in television and films created an awareness on positive social change and are also strong supporters of child rights and the empowerment of women.
The colour red, like these 6 powerful women is a symbol of energy and has been used to underline the sheer dynamism they represent. Red is also the colour of love, compassion and a heart that bleeds to the need of the underprivileged child and as such urges us all to be sensitive to their plight.
The soft flowing silhouettes of this layered collection in georgettes and nets have been beautifully adorned with delicate cutwork that endorse the femininity of the 6 women and speak of the spirit of kindness and nurturing inherent in every woman.
So the next times you see the colour red remember to have a heart for those who may not be as fortunate as you are
