World Spice Congress to focus on sustainability, food security

A workshop on ‘Sustainabiity and Food Safety: Global Initiatives’ will have talks and discussions on subjects such as sustainable agriculture programs, research to meet industry challenges, crops and markets, value add.. KOCHI (Commodity Online): The 12th World Spice Congress will focus on food security and sustainability to be held here from February 16 to 19 here. About 700 delegates representing 40 nations would take part in the deliberations, according to Dr A Jayathilak, Chairman of Spices Board.
