Tina Dutta aka ‘Ichha’ of ‘Uttaran’ has allegedly left the organisers of a charity event in a lurch by opting out of it at the last minute. She was approached to dance at a charity show in Mumbai put together by kids from various NGOs in the city and the children of Mumbai policemen — those working at the constabulary level.
